Than install The " JetpackMod.oiv" Package installer in OpenIV Tool & Now Open Your GTA 4.

How to Activate [HotKeys]:

Insert - Show mods menu

Numpad0 - Toggle Jetpack engine On/Off

J - Equip/Eject jetpack

Use normal game controls (WASD) to move forward/backward/left/right, use Shift and Control to go up/down

The jetpack will be available after finish the Jetpack Kill Frenzy mission at airport :)

You can change the hotkey in the self-generated .ini file
